Another mobile crushing unit, here a Rimac-Moby 1060 (Ros model). It is moved on a 3-axle Tasklift lowloader (Heavy Goods kit) towed by a 6x4/2 Renault R370 tractor (MiniCams model): The same Renault truck with a Putzmeister M52S concrete pumping unit 2-axle semi-trailer (Conrad model): Vermeer T1255 Commander 3 trencher (TWH model): Regards. A French construction site in the 60s with some equipment displayed earlier: the Willeme 615 tipper (Minitrucks kit) and the Bucyrus-Erie 22B shovel (EMD model). An ex-WW2 "civilised" White 666 is waiting to be loaded (Angego kit): An ex-military GMC and its Ben-Hur tank trailer have been converted into support vehicles (Minicirque kits): Regards. Guy

A few models on the Azur Modelisme display table, at one of the Menton model shows: with, from left to right: an ex-Corgi Ford Transcontinental towing a bulk tanker, a Conrad Mercedes-Benz tipper with a Zon Models crane, a modified Minitrucks Renault towing a homemade tipper and 2 typical French products - steel beams carriers with narrow central cabs - made from DAF and Berliet modified Minitrucks kits. In the sixties in the USA, delivery by an IH agent of plant equipment with a White WC 2864 BF 6x4/2 tractor + its 2-axle LaCrosse lowboy loading an International Harvester TD 24 bulldozer of 18.3 tonnes (SpecCast models): Regards. Guy

Back in this century on German roads with Conrad models. A Mercedes-Benz Actros 4160 K MP3 8x4/4 truck, fitted with a Brechtel Masterlift Comfort F wrecking body (with under-chassis lifting fork and 2 winches) is towing away a MAN TGA 33-410 FDK 8x4/4 truck, equipped with a high volume Meiller body (replacement of lost original mirrors in progress): Regards. A British heavy haulage move by Sunters from Northallerton (UK), somewhere around 1983-84: Are mobilised for the move, a DAF VH 400 BN 4x2/2 escort van (Lion Car modified model), a Nicolas Tractomas TRB 66 C4C 6x6/2 ballasted heavy tow truck (A. Smith modified kit), two 8-line Nicolas modular trailers with bolsters (MVI modified kits with Zon Models elements) and a Titan GmbH 2632S 6x4/2 ballasted heavy tractor used as a pusher (built from a 2-axle Conrad model). The load is a Beaird Industries refinery distillation tower of 245 tonnes (homemade with Zon Models bits and pieces) To be followed. Guy

MVI - a French small model builder specialised in fire engines - was offering in the early eighties some highly detailed Nicolas 4-line modules: each line could be directed from the tow bar, providing that you managed to cut and form all brass bars found in the box to exact length. These difficulties (plus numerous others) resulted in all lines being now fixed and equipped with Dinky Toys tires, much more realistic that the ones originally offered: Regards. Guy

A few models made by Jean-Francois. The MAN 32-240 DHAK - shown already - was made from a Zon Models chassis kit with a Mangin resin cab and a Conrad crane: The DAF NTT 2826 DKA - already seen as well. Its chassis is from the same origin but fitted with a Lion Toys cab: Regards. Guy
