Guy you obviously live in an upscale neighborhood, “except for the picture Quinella sent you of his beach wagon that he cut the back top off of and his airstream RV” with all those high end autos maybe even some royalty with the Rolls and Bentley’s. You do very nice work with both cars and trucks, in person do they look correct next to your trucks? Keep sending the pictures and I hope you enjoyed your vacation on the Riviera hob knobing with the rich and famous. Thanks Steve

Exkvate3140, The French Riviera is not just a "colony" for rich foreign people, even if we had a few "famous people" buying nice houses and marvelous vineyards properties around recently (Elton John, Johnny Depp or Brad Pitt/Angelina Jolie, just to name a few of these). As I mentioned before, 1/48-1/50 scales were pretty normal with Corgi, Dinky, Lone Star or Matchbox in the fifties/sixties. That's why I do collect - and upgrade - any model of that period, even if they are luxury cars: Regards. Guy

Now that is really clever. Did you scratch build that riser on the back bolsters? Have you ever seen those buses hauled like that? CAW

Quinella, The 2 ramps allowing the bus to go onto the rear module were homemade (they still need to be painted). I haven't personally seen such a transport but I know that large buses and coaches or trams (much more heavy) are regularly carried like this in Europe. As the MAN articulated bus only has a GCW of 28 tonnes, its weight empty is fully compatible with the 6x2/4 tractor/3-axle lowloader combination. See Doll and Broshuis examples: http://www.doll.eu/fr/nouvelles/actualites/detail/article/doll-panther-lifts-omnibus/ and https://www.broshuis.com/home/Oplossingen/Trein-en-tram-transport.htmlhttps://www.broshuis.com/home/Oplossingen/Trein-en-tram-transport.html Regards.
